Napoleon Remix Competition terms and conditions

Prize draw and competition rules for entrants:

1. The prize draw for Remixes will be run from 29th August 2012 to 21st October 2012. The competition closes at midnight on 21st October 2012.

2. All entries must be received by midnight on the stipulated closing date. Those not received by the deadline will be invalid to enter. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to technical or other delivery difficulties.

3. All winners will be selected after the closing date at the discretion of Napoleon, whose decision is final. The winner and runner ups will be notified by a newsletter email, and they must subscribe to www.napoleon-tunes.com in order to receive the email.

4. All parts made available to download, and all parts downloaded remain the property of Napoleon. All remixes completed, whether submitted in this competition or not, remain the property of Napoleon. No exploitation, or distribution of remixes shall be permitted financially without the sole written consent of Napoleon, however, submitters may post/distribute their mixes freely as a non-profit promotion of their work.

5. The winner will be the the remix submitted from all relevant entrants as the one most liked by Napoleon.

6. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are legally binding. Napoleon/Partner reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

7. Napoleon/Partner’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative.

8. Napoleon reserves the right to alter the release date of the final EP containing the winner's remix.

9. Employees of Napoleon/Partner, and their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. Napoleon/Partner reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applications.

10. The winner’s name may be published on napoleon-tunes.com and other Napoleon pages such as Facebook and Soundcloud after the closing date of the competition. Napoleon/Partner has the right to contact the winners for permission to involve them in any post prize-giving publicity and the winner agrees to such activities and shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.

11. Napoleon/Partner reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on napoleon-tunes.com other web partners / press.

12. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by the law of England & Wales.

13. The winners will be selected and informed on November 1st 2012. 1st Prize winner will have their remix released on a Napoleon "Remixed" EP. All prize winners will be eligible for a Skype studio session that will last from 1pm to 4pm on a pre arranged date. The dates will be arranged via email with the winners.

14. The title of the "Remixed EP" could be subject to change without notice.
