The Executive rank consists of those who run, and manage the CrusadeGaming networks and are the highest ranked members of staff, What they say goes.
Executives are responsible for picking the Manager's of the server and helping maintain the network in all aspects.
Executives will only get involved in staff issues if there is a complaint against a Manager and should not be bothered with small issues as they tend to be busy.
Executives also have a hand in hiring certain staff such as WebDevelopers and GameDevelopers, and Also give access to these new staff members.
Executives make decisions where required such as closing or opening a new server.

The Manager rank consists of those who manage the staff and other sections of the network, such as bans.
Managers are responsible for hiring Staff (Game Masters, Moderators, etc)
Managers will deal with any issues not able to be handled by Administrators wether staff or player related.
Managers may offer special training sessions, but mainly manage the staff as a whole and some seperate areas.

Orgrimmar, Management - Development Manager, taking care of Crusade Gaming development

Senior Game Master are also responsible for Cheaters Report section.
