entertainment. It's not that I'm against upward mobility. I'm just dead set against my new found downward mobility,
yet, I know it's important for someone who still gives a fuck to know what has happened to our country. And, that's

it. But someone has to care. Someone has to care enough that they won't stop letting people know. That is what it is

Detention Center for Women at Norco, California. Here she was accepted into a Program with 80 other Women,
scheduled for Narcotics Rehabilitation by a Group called Waldon House based in San Francisco, California. I cannot
prove that Waldon House was/or is a CIA front, but I imagine a qualified Investigator would find some connection
between the Norco Prison Facility, Waldon House, Scientology based in Norco, and the CIA. The Development of
these Character Based Lives are to Control Media, Movies, and Other Information distributed to the Public, to shape,

This is a girl I chased around on the street for 5 years, trying to dissuade from the narcotics/prostitution life style.
In 1993, she was reportedly the victim of a drug overdose in a Reno, NV Hotel room, at the Circus Circus. I was out of town
when this happened, and upon my return to Sacramento, I went out to the Boulevard to find out what the hell happened?
Word on the street was that she had ripped off a Mexican Drug Dealer for 4 Grand of dope (Tar Heroine) and that her and
another girl fled to Reno. After running out of dope and having no connections in Reno, the other girl reportedly returned to
Sacramento to score some dope. When she returned to Reno, she was supposedly followed by the Dealers that had been
robbed, and "Hot Shotted" with Dope. (Intentional Overdose, as explained by street girl). I tended her grave site off and on
from 1993 to 2007, when I found that she was employed at KTXL Fox Affiliate here in Sacramento as an on-air weather

Or Your Daughter.
I Saw Campbell one more time at the Circle 'K' on Auburn Blvd.
It was in the Daytime around 11am on Weekend. She said, "Would You like a Date!" - "We had a Pretty Good Time last time!"
Then I looked at her. She was in a lot rougher shape than when I had seen her in the late night hours of our first Date. She kind of reminded me very much of a Girl I had a crush on in my English Class of my Freshman Year of High School. That is what had endeared her to me on the first date.

Just like this Story, sometimes it takes years for patterns to develop into something far greater than they appear on the surface.
When I first met Heather Fargo
...it was on West Capitol Avenue. We Truck Dated on a dimly lit driveway in the early morning hours around 1 am. The Truck bench seat was much more convenient than having Sex in the Pontiac which had a center console and bucket seats. That's why all the dating outside of the car.
She made me wear a Rubber which I had learned, after my first time without, what I had been missing out on. But?, I agreed and gave her the $40 Dollars.
The Sex seemed less than spectacular until about 3 minutes in and All of a Sudden I was thinking "Damn!" -"This is some Good Pussy!" I Came like a Freight Train shortly there after!
What I didn't know was the Rubber had broken. She seemed kinda pissed and I got a Small Flashlight to examine the damages. She was Full! I Creamed that thing!
I went, Ooooh! How Disgusting!" like I was disappointed. When inside I was going "Damn! I Just Creamed that Thing!"
She said, Well? ...You did it!"

Anyway the next time I found her was on Stockton Blvd. in South Sacramento. I saw her walking the wrong direction on the Eastside of the Boulevard near the Ace Hardware at Fruitridge and Stockton Blvd. I thought I'd be a Smartass, and yelled out, "Hey! Hooker!"
She wasn't having any of that! Pretending to be a prim and proper lady just out for an Evening Stroll. So, I got out of the Truck and walk toward her, and Again, Said. "Hey! Hooker! ... It's Me!" "Let's Go!" she recognized me and we went.
She directed me to what I believe is Diaz Avenue a short distance down the main street. We parked at the Dead End with the Truck facing the Boulevard so we could see any Cars that may come up the Road. We had One of Our Steamiest Love Making Session Ever and the windows of the truck became fogged by the Cold night Air.
She a was still Naked and I still had No shirt on. My Levi's Still half down when we saw a Car Coming! I said "Fuck! It's a Cop Too!" "Get Dressed!"
"Let Me Handle This!" I Said! - I had quite a bit of experience talking to Cops from my Wild ways behind the wheel, so I had some sense of Confidence on how to approach the Scenario. So, I rolled down my window, and yelled out to the Officer in the Squad Car, "Can I Help You Officer?" in a Sure and firm voice. He took one look at the Fogged up windows, and said, "I don't even want to Know!" as he shook his head and drove away.
Whooooooo! Close One! ...
But? ...In this seemingly normal action by the Police that one would never notice day in, day out? the Pattern was just beginning to develop and become all to self evident as this incident was compared and examined along with other events over the years, and my time observing Police Practices and Behavior as a freelance news stringer years, later.
Two other incidents that caught my attention were,
One, when I Dated Cathy Lee Gifford
Downtown at 19th and 'J' Street across from Georgian's Cardroom at the Ol' Spaghetti Factory. Just before our little falling out over her Sexual Savoir faire, and then a Police Cruiser came up the Street in a pronounced Leisurely fashion. Something just didn't seem right? After our little tiff, I had threatened to keep Cathy's Mink Stole for failing to finish our contractual agreement. Namely, me getting off.
This is when she called out to the Police Car about her recently misplaced property. So I threw the Mink out the window to shut her up. I casually drove on down the road with the Cop Car Most Thankfully silently drifting away into the Rearview mirror.
Whoooooo! Escaped Again! ...I thought.
The Next time was when I Dated Jennifer Aniston.
I picked her up out front of the Los Robles Bar and Motel. A very seedy place on the Eastern skirt of Town, known for Locally for Drug Dealing and Prostitution. We went on the other side of the Tracks into Del Paso Heights, to a semi rural neighborhood with few street lamps. I pulled to the side of the road and as I got out of the Car, was shocked to see how fast she got undressed and was completely naked sitting on the Drivers side front fender. I Still Swear between Jennifer Aniston.
? ...There is No One that can get Dressed or Un-Dressed Faster.
I was Like Damn! I wasn't used to having a Girl get So Completely Naked in front of me. Most of the Girls are so nervous about getting Caught they always keep at least One Leg in Their Pair of pants. And, Before I could say, "What about a Rubber!" I was Inside of her.
Unfortunately? ...This is one of the nights I had a Sinus Cold and had taken a few Over the Counter cold tablets. This led to a general lack of interest in Sex and an overall dismal Sexual Performance. Losing my erection in a short bit of time.
But? ... Fuck! This Girl seemed Fine! as Fuck! Perfect Breasts and a Washboard Stomach all for $20 Bucks. I thought Damn! $20 Bucks? This Girl must be New?
I also knew right then and there! Damn! I want to See You! Again! - She said something that sticks with me to this day? Mostly because of the double speak "These people" all seem to engage in, today, and that is? She may be transgender. She said, "No! I can't see you again. "Because I have a Boyfriend Listed Under Construction in Roseville". Seemed like an odd statement at the time? And? ...So?, I said "Ok!"
Damn! ...Could You imagine your one chance with Jennifer Aniston.
This is where part 2 of the pattern takes place. As we were driving back to Auburn Blvd., I picked up a City Cop Car in the Rearview. I said, "Fuck!" "Got a Cop on our Tail!" Don't Look! Back! - "Just look straight ahead like everythings normal!"
Slight sweat feeling, between the Cop Car and the Cold. Just at the Point You're sure the Lights are going to Go On, He fades into Blackness as we made the turn onto Auburn Blvd.
Whoooooooo? Relief!
What has come to me Since that Moment, and a Feeling at that time, The Cop had watched the whole thing. The Car Date. The Nakedness. Everything!
Years later, as an overnight News Stringer, I spent a great deal of time on the Very Boulevards I used to cruise for Promiscuous Women. This night I was hanging out across the street from one of the busier Black Bars on the South Side of Town.
'Bobby 'T's - Mostly known for Big named Rap Artists and Entertainers popping in on occasion. I noticed 2 City Police Squad Cars parked across the street from the Motel next to the Bar. They were there for hours and hours with no sign of any activity. Well passed the hours of the Bars operation. So I knew they weren't pulling security duty on the Bar, and It was so unusual, I wrote down the Squad Car Numbers and License Plates.
Come about 4-5 AM, I ran acrossed the Police Sergeant in Charge of that Sector that night. I had known him previously from in the field Interviews and he had some short term notoriety for being Shot in the Leg during a Gun Battle in which his Life was spared by Some Small Miracle. We had a Semi decent Rappore with eachother as far as news types and police types can have, considering their predetermined disdain for such creatures.
Anyway, I relayed my concerns about the Abandoned Squad Cars and gave him all the numbers. He said he would look into it. But? ..still had that look of reservation in his demeanor that one gets when something just came up that They'd rather hadn't come up at all.
Combining all of these seemingly innocuous situations over time combined with some other information that I came across here and there, through time, led me to one solid conclusion. The City Police and Sheriff's Dept. are both involved in Drug Sales and Directly in the Protection of Prostitution in Sacramento County. Directly Involved.

had to be around 35 plus or minus.
The one thing common among them is they were not being cared for at the time. Meredith exhibited at least 4 days of sweat in the same clothing judging from the amount of salt on her breast.
From all appearances, she was a girl on the run. She had escaped from her circus handlers and for a moment being free.
As best I can figure, Sacramento is, A. A Recruiting Hub. B. A Training Ground for CIA/MK-Ultra/Monarch. C. A "Hazing Area" for those who deviated from the Program. Basically refered to as "A Refresher Course" on what their lives could be made to be on a full time basis if they "Didn't Tow the Line".
It also Involves a Degree of Freemasonry and various Religious Factions vying for a piece of the pie.
The Recruit Type is Heavily Aligned with Bloodlines and Family Trees. The Secondary Recruits are Persons predisposed to Narcotics Addiction, Heroin, Crack Cocaine, and Meth, and the willingness and predisposition to Sexually Exploit themselves to obtain their drug of choice. Heroin seems to be the leading underlying method of Subject Control. The Subjects are provided a "Semi-Safe" environment to continue their Co-Dependent relationship with their handlers. Further on the DNA/Freemasonry track connection. Two of the Subjects, One Listed, One Not, that were dropped in front of me on the Boulevard Path were 1st Cousins of mine that I had not seen for over a Decade.
One Paternal, One on the Maternal Side. Also included in the mix was at least One Daughter of a Teaching Colleague associated with My Father during his time as an Educator/Biological Science and Weather Teacher.
Other than that? I thought I was just getting laid as a lonely Construction Worker. The Boulevard provided some social interaction and quasi-intimacy that my income and work schedule would not be conducive to the Survival of a Quote Un-Quote "Real Relationship".
I was, and Am, a Very Shy Person in Unfamiliar Social Situations. Dating on the Street was usually One on One Contact. And, as long as You had $20 to $50 bucks in your pocket, the answer was never No!
